Today’s world can be called the era of quality
in such a competitive environment and with mass production, manufacturers can succeed only if they deliver higher-quality products and provide better after-sales services. this principle forms the basis of quality at jemco, because any defect or minor negligence in electric motor production can lead to disastrous consequences.
the proper and precise implementation of this policy has earned jemco the title of “model quality control unit” from the khorasan razavi standards office for three consecutive years, and the same title from the national iranian standards organization

Jemco Quality Control
jemco’s quality management system is certified with iso 9001:2015, confirming that all company processes are conducted in accordance with international standards. these processes are continuously reviewed through internal audits and improved when necessary. the quality management system, combined with the commitment and expertise of the jemco team, ensures the superior quality of the company’s products and services
quality control unit
the jemco quality control unit, acting as the customer’s representative and quality supervisor, is responsible for inspecting and monitoring all stages of production. this process covers everything from the entry of raw materials and production of semi-finished parts to the final product. the unit operates in two independent but related sections under the supervision of the technology and quality control deputy. the activities of these two sections include the following
- incoming raw material quality control unit and production line quality control
- quality control laboratory unit
incoming raw material quality control unit and production line quality control
the jemco quality control laboratory unit is certified with iso 17025 and has received accreditation from the national iranian accreditation center
the laboratories of this unit include:
1- raw material laboratory: in this laboratory, the physical, chemical, and mechanical properties of the raw materials used in the production of electric motors and generators are tested, and the results are compared with international standards and the jemco engineering quality control procedures.
2ـIP Resistance Laboratories: In these laboratories, protective tests for electric motors against water and foreign objects are conducted.

3- explosion-proof laboratory:
explosion-proof electric motors, due to the special environmental conditions in which they operate, may allow the accumulation of gases and chemicals, creating explosive or flammable mixtures with air. therefore, these motors must be safe against sparking or the transfer of sparks to the surrounding environment.
for this reason, to test and evaluate these electric motors after production, they are placed in a simulated environment. during testing, there is a risk of explosion, which could harm employees and facilities. therefore, jemco has designed and constructed a chamber with special safety features.

explosion-resistant, with damping capabilities to reduce noise, vibration, and explosion intensity
capable of testing low and medium-voltage electric motors
4- final testing laboratories for electric motors:
jemco has two stations for the final testing of electric motors:
- the first station is located in the low-voltage electric motor production hall and can perform final testing of low-voltage electric motors up to 90 kw
- the second station is located in the medium-voltage electric motor production hall and can carry out final testing of both low and medium-voltage electric motors.
the latest calibrated equipment is tested periodically and with high precision. these tests include
- sample testing: this test is conducted on the first designed electric motor sample to ensure that its actual performance matches the design specifications. tests at this stage include power factor, efficiency, noise level, vibration, acceleration, shaft voltage, winding resistance, insulation resistance, temperature rise, rotor lock tests, operating endurance, no-load, and load tests
- routine or ongoing testing: after testing a sample and verifying its specifications, tests are performed on similar samples of the product, which is called routine testing. unloaded operation, rotor lock, overvoltage, overspeed, noise level measurement, vibration, winding resistance, and insulation resistance are also part of the tests conducted at this stage
